What is CrossFit Diamond State?

We are one of the best, certified CrossFit training facilities in Delaware. We work in small groups, with experienced coaches that love their job. We give you the attention you deserve and treat everyone who walks into our home with respect and enthusiasm.

Our program is simple. Our workouts are different everyday. We combine gymnastics, olympic lifting, power lifting, cardio endurance training and strongman movements, we climb ropes, we row, we jump over things, we push, we pull and we do it all with whatever amount of intensity we have in our tank that day.

Our workouts are safe, they’re fun, they’re hard, and sometimes they may even seem crazy, but most of all our program is effective and will help you reach your goals.

Elements Course

Elements is a required two week, six class program designed for our beginner CrossFit members. We spend time teaching you EVERYTHING you need to know so you are confident and prepared to participate in your first class.
