Whether you’re an elite athlete, or have never stepped foot in a gym, you’ll receive a workout that is appropriate for your skill level and still very effective in helping you reach your goal. We program out daily workouts in a way where each athlete can choose a level of intensity that suits their abilities. Whether it’s scaling the weights down or changing a movement, this style helps our members progress safely from a beginner to an experienced CrossFitter.

The Dream Team

Our coaching staff is comprised of 8 of the most experienced and decorated CrossFitters in the state of Delaware. We’ve been in the game for almost as long as CrossFit has been around, and we know our stuff. Our coaches have been through the CrossFit Level 1 Trainers Course, as well as multiple other CrossFit Advanced Certifications (Mobility, Weightlifting, Level 2 Coaching, etc) and have qualified for Regional Level CrossFit Competitions, yearly.

More importantly, our coaches LOVE what they do. So when you try out your first class, you should feel confident that our coaches want YOU to succeed more than anything! We’ll ask you your experience level and evaluate your movements to scale the workouts appropriately so you can have the best and safest workout possible.

The Diamond State of Mind

Our members are the heart of our gym. As soon as you walk in for your free class, you’ll be greeted with smiling faces, a hand shake and a pat on the back. Our group is really like no other. They’ll cheer you on until you’re finished your workout, then hand you your water bottle and ask if you’re ready for more! We are very active in our community, we love to hang out outside of the gym and get to know each other outside of the gym clothes.

We’re more than just workout partners, we are a family and it helps inspire and motivate us to come back and make ourselves better every day.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Your Gear: You’re going to workout and you’re going to sweat. Wear your gym clothes and shoes.
  • Water Bottle: Did you read the first check? You’ll need to replenish your body after all the sweating.
  • A Good Attitude: We check ego’s and wipe away the fear at the door. If you made it this far, you’ve done the hardest part. Put a smile on your face, listen to your coaches and HAVE FUN!
