During your first consultation visit, we’ll work together to schedule our workout sessions at a time we both know you won’t be able to make an excuse for. It’ll be ten times harder to skip out on a standing appointment with your trainer, than that crowded line of treadmills at your globo gym.
Motivation, not Cheerleading
I hear it all the time. I’m bored, I don’t know where to start, I don’t know how, I’m not the gym type, what I’m doing isn’t working. Stop getting down on yourself, this shit gets hard! As trainers, we have motivation practically hard wired in our DNA. I’ll help you push past the doubt, fear and uncertainty and encourage you to challenge yourself more than you would on your own. You’ll end up surprising yourself, everyone always does.
Knowledge is Power
You’re past slamming the snooze button and you’ve motivated yourself to get to the gym on a regular basis. AWESOME, but you still only have half of the equation. What good is going to the gym if you spend half of your time and efforts trying to figure out how the machine works? During our sessions I get to teach you about the muscles and systems in your body, how they move and function, the exercises to make them stronger and how to do it all safely with great form.
